Attorney Matthew J. Perry joined O’Malley, Harris, Durkin & Perry in 2013, and since that time has focused on representing the personally injured in car and truck accidents, underinsured/uninsured motorist claims, medical malpractice, slip/trip and falls, and criminal defense. His practice also includes various types business/corporate law, estate administration, wills and trusts.

He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Lackawanna Bar Association, where he has served on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division since 2016. He is a 2009 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, and a 2013 graduate of the Western Michigan University Cooley School of Law. He currently resides in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
