Bio and Credentials
Ann received her BA in mathematics from Manhattanville College in 1973, and her J.D. from Villanova School of Law in 1977. She is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ann served a Law Clerk for the Honorable Richard P. Conaboy in the Lackawanna County of Common Pleas as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania
She has extensive experience in handling real estate transactions, both residential and commercial, representing individuals as well as corporate clients and banks in these transactions. She also handles corporate law, estates, trusts, wills, tax assessment issues, zoning and municipal law and health administration law.
Ann has been active in the Lackawanna County Bar Association serving as its President in 2011. She was also a board member of the Scranton Area Foundation and continues to serve on its Advisory Committee, as well as in the Women In Philanthropy Initiative that assists women entrepreneurs.
