Our History
The law firm of O’Malley & Perry Law traces its history to the partnership of Norman Harris and Henry Nogi that began in 1932. They were joined in 1936 by Henry’s brother, Eugene, and the firm became known as Nogi, Harris & Nogi. Russell O’Malley joined them in January 1, 1944 and the firm of Nogi, O’Malley & Harris was formed.
Incorporated in 1970 under the name of O’Malley & Harris, P.C., the name of the firm was changed to O’Malley, Harris, Durkin & Perry, P.C. in 2001. Today the attorneys at O’Malley & Perry continue the tradition of excellence that epitomized the lives of the founding partners.
